TRIM-KOTE

Trim-Kote is an elastomeric masonry paint that is applied to the above grade block.  Its main purpose is to prevent moisture from entering the block that may cause dampness on the interior walls.  It comes in foundation gray to give your home a more aesthetic appeal than bare block.

MASONRY SEALERS

Foundations 4 Energy offer many different masonry sealers to meet any application you may have.  Only one application is needed to create a permanent barrier for moisture, thus reducing call backs from your Home Owners.

Our Clear Penetrating Sealer can be used on interior or exterior masonry block walls.  It is specially formulated to penetrate the pours of the block, crystallize in the block, thus forming a permanent barrier.  This product dries clear and is not affected by ultraviolet rays.
